Operational Structure 

Hans Nef Cocoa Limited has a five-member board. The company has a Chairman and a Managing Director who resides mostly in Switzerland and assisted by their aptly Finance and Administrative Manager who runs the day-to-day administration of the company. 

The company also has an Operations Department which is headed by the Head of Operations and supported by the Operations Manager who has an oversight responsibility on the field operations; and as well as other officers who assist in the execution of the day-to-day activities.
